Griddles are designed to improve performance and save money in
your food service operation.

Cost. The surface of the griddle has an electro-chemical chrome
plating process which bonds a hard chromium surface to a high carbon
steel griddle plate. Resulting in a highly effective surface that
virtually eliminates radiated heat saving up to 30% on energy cost,
keeps the kitchen cooler and reduces the cost of air conditioning.
Save on Labor
Cost. Save on the cost of labor to clean and prepare a
Chrome-Max griddle surface. The surface is completely sealed and is
non-porous so food cannot become embedded into the plate surface.
The result is the elimination of transfer of flavor from previously
prepared foods. The surface ca be cleaned quickly with a spatula,
water and a non-abrasive detergent. No seasoning of plate is
required after clean-up.
