Thermostatic
Controlled Gas Griddle
Engineered to provide
controlled cooking and fast, easy cleanup. APW/Wyott
Countertop Gas Griddles can stand alone or be specified as part of
the Cooking Equipment Lineup.
Complete with
built-in flue, these units feature a 3/4" flat polished griddle
plate of hot rolled steel construction, 4" adjustable legs and
a mechanical modulating valve / thermostat.
Precise engineering
reduces heat bleeding across zones. Rear connection is easy
via 3/4" NPT pipe. Unique design features bullnose front
which stays cool to the touch during operation. Removable
front panel for easy service.
In addition to the 4
1/2" wide front grease trough and large chute which drains into
the collection drawer, APW / Wyott Gas Griddles come equipped with
stainless steel sloped side splashes and a 3"
backsplash. Sturdy knob guards prevent accidental temperature
adjustment.
Factory installed
convertible gas regulators for natural or propane to hook up with
orifice provided for propane installations. Full three-year
warranty. Units labeled prominently with a toll free number
for local service information.
